Open Matching Record in a Form in Another Database

We have several Access 2007 databases. They are all linked to a main database that contains detailed demographic information about all our members. A separate database containing all the complaint/discipline information on our members is linked to the main database. Sometimes, when reviewing a member's complain information, the staff needs to see other demographic information about the member. Rather than link all the necessary tables, queries, etc., is there a way to create a button on a complaints database form that opens that member's full demographic information form on the main database? Without closing the complaints database? Thanks.
