Open Link in New Windows

Is there some type of Click combination that would open a link in a new
window? I am specifically referring to links that are received in email.

Our staff is entering data on web forms - and invariably, someone is
relocated from the form because they clicked on a link that came in email.

Under "Tools > Internet Options" select the Advanced tab.
Find the rule that says "Reuse windows for launching
shortcuts" and make sure it is unchecked. Next time an
email is read and a link is clicked, a new browser will be
opened. You can also hold down the Shift key as you click
a link to open it in a new window.
