Open in New Window

Bob

Open in New Window doesn't work.Opens in same window and
back button doesn't work. And the drop down box next to
button is empty. Adware has been run.

Go to Tools | Internet Options | Advanced.
Uncheck "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts".
