Open in new window

At one point I was not able to rx clic and use the feture
open in a new windows, it just does not work. I can I
resolve the problem. Also some links don't open at all.
Please help me, I will really appreciate.

IE>tools>I-Options>advanced>disable reuse windows for launching shortcuts.

Start/Run/[CMD for XP]. Type this command: REGSVR32 URLMON.DLL. Ok/Reboot.
Then go to: IE/Tools/Internet Options/Programs/Reset Web Settings.

Windows Explorer/Tools/Folder Options/File Types. Scroll down to
URL:HyperText Transfer Protocol/Advanced/Edit. Under Application used to
perform action it should read:
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" -nohome
