open in new window

Hello, at home my xp Explorer browser
will open in a new window if I right click
the link and choose so.
But at work running same xp, the Explorer
browser refuses to do anything at all when
I right click and choose the same thing?
I can't seem to find any setting to alleviate this.
Appreciate of any info.

Whoever setup or controls your computers at work (Administrator) may have
intentionally disabled that function.

That's just it, I cannot find such a setting that does this, where is it?
