How can I make Open in New Window the default way to open ALL links that I
click on a web page? Right click doesn't always work.

Internet Explorer | Tools | Internet Options | Advanced tab |
Uncheck: Reuse windows for launching shortcuts |
Click Apply | Click OK

For some links, Phil, you just have to right click and select Open in a New
