Is there a way that when I click ANY link on any webpage the default IE
action is to OPEN IN NEW WINDOW instead of OPEN.
I've seen the "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts" but it doesn't seem to
have any impact.

Hi Rick :-)

You don't mention the version of Windows you are using, so as a guess, try
the following and see if it helps:

"Open in New Window" doesn't work

If you have a toolbar or program running that blocks pop-up windows, such as
Yahoo Companion, Google toolbar, MSN toolbar, etc., disable them. Yahoo
Companion is known to cause various problems and should be uninstalled.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the post. I probably didn't describe it well enough. I'm using
IE 6 w/SP2 on WinXP w/SP.

My problem isn't that its broken, "Open in New Window" works fine. My
question is I want to make it the DEFAULT action for all links. My wrist and
middle finger of right clicking 1,000 links a day and selecting "Open in New
Window". When I do a normal click I'd like it to Open in new Window instead
of the current default Open action.

Press Shift- when you click or hit Enter on a link.
