"Open In Nerw Window" Maximized?

I can not seem to get the OS to retain the Maximized
status when I select "Open in new Window" from the context
menu.

I've double-clicked the window bar, clicked the maximize
button, and every other method of maximizing the "new
window," which works for that window only, but does not
retain the setting for subsequent "new Windows."

Any suggestions would be appreciated, it's driving me nuts
to resize every window I open.

Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.

Tried that, too.
Based upon a suggestion you made to a previous post.

Any other suggestions?
