Open hyperlinks in new window as default?

I'm using Word '03 to compose for a blog and generally would like
all links to open in new windows. Currently I have to set this
for each individual link. Is there a way to spec it as the
default?

The question is now academic, as I've discovered that Word specs
in this regard are not carried over to wordpress html.
