is there any way to make Antispyware program to open full
screen when you click on the icon

Right click the executable, choose Properties > Shortcut {tab} in the "Run:"
list menu choose "Maximized" > OK.

Hi new to this where do i find the the executable ?

Anyone for AntiSpyware, either on the desktop or Programs menu, just right
click on the excutable name "Microsoft AntiSpyware" > choose Properties >
Shortcut > {tab} in the "Run:" >list menu choose "Maximized" > OK.

it only works with the update icon

Which update icon? Antispyware places two icons to places for the user, well
actually three, Desktop, Programs Menu (Microsoft AntiSpyware > Microsoft
AntiSpyware) and system Tray. To resize the AntiSpyware window when it is
launched, you use the procedure I gave you for either the Programs Menu or
desktop icon.
