Open Forms In A Particular Location

I've looked everywhere and the only thing I can discover
about having forms appear in a location other than the
center of the screen is to turn off automatic centering,
open the form in design view, moving it, and saving it
again. The form will open where you last saved it. I
want to open a form at the mouse coordinates. Can that be
done?
