I used to be able to open two diferent ppt file in different windows.
But somehow wehn I open the file it shows up in only one window.
Which i can't move the window next to each other to compare what i need.
Does any body know how to solve this problem??

Open both your presentations, then select the View Tab, Arrange All. Always
a good idea to mention which version of PowerPoint your using.

Thank you for your sugestion, I am curently using Microsoft PowerPoint 2007,
but what I mean is I want the two file be opened in two seperate window. So
that I can look at one file in full screen and srink ( but not minimize) the
second one to compare and contrast both ppt.

You can't do that in any version of PowerPoint. It is unfortunately a one
instance program

Maybe you misunderstand what I meant.
I mean that when you open two ppt file. the screen will show two file in
different window that overlap. So that even when you minimize one file the
other one will still show on the screen. But what I am facing is that when I
open two file, they are not showing up in two different windows on my screen,
but insteat is one window containing two file. Which when I minize one file
the other file is also being minimized at the same time.
