When I click open file in Word My Documents appear but in
reverse alphabetical order. When I normally look at "My
Documents" they are in correct alphabetical order. The
same thing happens in Excel. Can you tell me how to
reverse their order please. I have tried everything I
can find. Thanks

If there are column headers, click the Name header to resort.
If no headers, right-click and choose arrange Icons by Name
