Hi
Sometimes I open/view my email on the desktop and sometimes on the
laptop.
Problem is, if I open my email on the laptop yesterday, then open
messages on the desktop today, yesterdays messages will not show on
the desktop

How do I set outlook to leave messages on the server so both desktop
and laptop will receive all email messages ? Using 2007

Go into your account settings and choose More Settings... . On the Advanced
tab you can set the "leave on server" option. Make sure you set at least one
to eventually delete the message or you might run out of server mailbox
space.

I have set the "leave on server" option, but it doesn't do it ?

Do the new messages still show on the server?

If not, do you have a virus scanner installed which integrates itself with
Outlook? Uninstall this integration part of your virus scanner and try
again; you'd still be sufficiently protected by your on-access scanner part
of the virus scanner. For more details see;
