Open Email in Outlook with VBScript

I have a webpage which uses vbscript to collect information from a user.
Once this information is collected, I want to pass the information into an
Email Outlook. Why do I want to do this? Well, we use a outlook to send
faxes and we want users to collect the information since it has to be
formated into a predetermined path.

How can I open outlook with VBScript and add the information into the email
with the attachments.
