Open Calendar at first week of month

I prefer how Microsoft works calendar operates to Outlook calendar , It
opens on the first week of the month and displays the month name at the top
of the screen and a button to scroll to next month , I just find it easier
to navigate around . Are there any settings that will allow Outlook 2003 to
operate in the same way

which outlook calendar view are you using? the month view should work
similarly to the works calendar - especially if you disable compressed
weekends.
