open BB SQL contact system administrator

........but i AM the sytem administrator, and i haven't got a clue. i hope
you can help. i was trying to register a username at a language education
website and on submitting registration information, received on the next
webpage the following error info:

"OpenBB SQL

An Error has occured, please contact the system administrator.

am i right in thinking this is some kind of firewall or other security
settings problem?

This is an error on the server side. Data entered into the form is not
being fed to the related database properly and there appears to be some
duplicate info (for key 1 if I'm reading the error report right). Contact
the administrator/webmaster of the website about this problem.
