open and save diaglog boxes

I don't know how I did it, but when my open file diaglog box was open, I
maximized it to take up the whole screen. I can't figure out how to make it
the normal size again now. You can't click and drag the borders to adjust the
window size like you can on some windows, and there isn't a minimize button
up in the left-hand corner. If someone could help, I'd really appreciate it.

Try double-clicking on the blue Title Bar at the top.

Double-click the title bar. That's how you maximized it, and doing it
again will restore it to the smaller size.
