Open and Outlook message and copy it to a folder on my computer

Hi, I have already posted a thread in the Outlook forums, however, i think
some of you may also know the answer to my question.

What i need is to open an Access form and click a button on it which will
let me choose an email from my Outlook Inbox folder and copy it to a
predefined folder on my computer. Does anybody know a piece of code that may
achieve this goal?
