In WinXP Pro with Office 2000, 2002, 2003, 2007, & 2010 the following works

Shell "rundll32.exe printui.dll, PrintUIEntry /il", vbNormalFocus

In Win7 Pro, Office 2007 it doesn't work and I get this error.

Windows can't open Add Printer.
Operation could not be completed (error 0x0000007e).

I forgot to mention that I am running Win7 x64... Sorry about that.

Here is a hotfix that seems to work for me.
