Open a word file automatically on startup?

Putting a specific word file in the startup folder causes it to open every
time I reboot or restart.
Is there a way to :
1) Have the file open only on the first bootup or restart of each day?
2) Have the file open only on the first bootup or restart of every second
day?
3) Have the file open only on the first bootup or restart on specific days,
eg every Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday?
3) Have the file open only on the first bootup or restart on random days,
but no more than three time a week?
Thanks in advance.

Stan,

unlike the easy answer Jerry gave....
here's something you can try.

try task scheduler. Add a scheduled task.
When asked which program, browse for your word file.
Set a schedule....say weekly....check the weekdays you want it to run, and
the time.
I am not sure, but if you set the time before your anticipated start-up that
day, it may run at start-up. Otherwise just choose the time you would like.
You have to provide your logon password .... if you don't have
one...continue...but open advanced properties on finish....
then check 'run only when loggen in'....

Hope this helps.
