open a table with a report

I have a report that contains a Parametre for shopID, what i need is an option to show the ShopIDs plus their address so the one who runs the report can find out the proper ShopID, is this possible? or he have to do it manualy?

A good way to do this is:
Don't run the report directly; use a simple form with a combo box or a list
box displaying the address, so the user can select, and run the report from
there, by clicking on a button or double-clicking on the list box.
