Open a form ONLY

i got an access database with several tables:
Personnel(Name, Date of Birth, SSN, Region...other data)
Medical(Medical Date, Medical Results... other data)
Certificate(Certificate Dates... other data)

AND i got a form that shows these fields. i got this
database password-protected so others dont have access to
the private information such as SSN, Date of Birth and
Medical Results.

What is requested of me (and i am requesting of you) is to
make a form that everyone can access and this form will
only show non-private information. Now, how would i go
about creating something that only opens the form (one
that shows non-private info) and not the whole databese.
and this form will open with a different password than
that which opens that database. Your help would be greatly
appreciated. thank you.
 
I sure hope that none of that information is medically confidential!

Much as I like Access, it >is not< a suitable repository for confidential
information. There are too many cracking products available. And if you
believe that "password-protecting" the database will help you here, you
really are not up to speed on these issues!

If your data is medically confidential, I strongly suggest that you take a
large step backwards, before you deploy it to any environment where it might
be copied or stolen.

Personally, if I found that a medical organization had stored >my<
confidential information on an Access/Jet database, it would be "off to the
lawyers", for me!

WHAT THE HELL?... i did not post this question to get
commentary on whether i should have confidential
information stored in Access. i am aware of the security
issues. please answer my question. otherwise, keep your
comments to yourself.
 
it should be of no concern of the MVP how secure i store
my information. and besides, this is a stupid class
project.
