I want to open a PDF file on the click of a button on my
slide. But this PDF file shall open in full screen mode.

Is there any way out to open this in full screen
automatically using PB custom animationms or using VBA
Macro...

You have three options for viewing PDF from PPT:

1. Use the LiveWeb (http://www.mvps.org/skp/liveweb.htm) add-in to display
the PDF within a web browser running within PPT.

2. Create images of the PDF file and import the images into the
presentation.

3. Create a link to an external PDF file. Provided Acrobat or Acrobat Reader
is installed it will launch and open (best to launch acrobat before starting
presentation to avoid this occurring during presentation). But when you
click the link to the PDF file, you will most likely receive a warning about
opening files and that they may contain virus's (this is built in to the
operating system and cannot be avoided).

4. I vaguely recall seeing a new PPT add-in that allows the Acrobat Reader
to open within PPT, but do not know where (or if I really saw it). Maybe
someone else will chime in on this one.

The PDF itself has to be set to open in full screen mode.
You can't force it to do so "externally".

You can set the opening mode in a number of ways, depending on the software you
use. If you have Acrobat, mention which version and we can go from there.
