Outlook has stopped loading and now always hangs at start up. When loading,
it starts out with a Configuring Outlook dialog window, when it is trying to
start and always hangs at that point. The only way to close is to use the
Task manager, where the program shows a "Not Responding" message. When End
task is selected it then sends a note to Microsoft.
I have uninstall the entire Office Enterprise suite several times,
reinstalled XP Pro again as well, and removed all files in Docs& Settings
referencing Office and Outlook several times. Nothing I do chnages the the
way it hangs up. The first time it hangs it it displays a "Program not
repsonding" message and will close when instraucted. The second time it asked
to start in "Safe Mode" but hangs anyway. The third time it wants to detect
and repair, again to no avail.
I am completely stumped after working on it all day. Any suggestions would
be most appreciated. --
