OOT: Microsoft Office OEM

Hi All,
Recently I found this link http://asoftove.com , they offer OEM
software. My question is is it a legal sofware? if I read FAQ, they
said that they will send a serial number, we don't need to register
but they don't send us COA (certificate of authenticity) but we can
update (pls read FAQ).
Any comment?

I think you are properly concerned about its legality. It is easy for them
to make claims, but difficult or impossible for you to enforce them to
follow through. Perhaps you should also be equally concerned about a scam...
whether you are going to actually receive anything for your payment.

What you describe would be true for pirated corporate-licensed software, but
I think not for OEM software, and whether you will be able to update is yet
to be seen.
