Excuse me for not understanding your last question. Is what not available?
My problem is that the OOF rule is turned off but when I receive a message
the OOF notice is still being sent to the sended of the message.

thanks for your patience
Dan

My last question was whether your admins can acces OWA.
Your admins can also use the tool I mentioned for troubleshooting your
issue.
