Only saving a minute or so..

I have a near 10 minute movie I'd been working on over the past weekend. When saving it to wmv format it only saves 1:23 of the video and no matter what/where I save it it never gets any longer. At this point I'm getting rather flustered that I haven't been able to fix this.

I've even attempted to save the file to a USB hard-drive without much reprieve.

Any guidance?..
 
No one seriously can help? This has been up since the 4th... I would really like to get this done so I can give it to the teacher as requested.
