Only one page at a time with IE

Hi,

I hope some one can help,I am using xp prof and office
2000.When i open up a second IE page it takes over my
other page that i had open, so i can only have one site
running at any time.I have look through the settings but
no joy.Any help would be great.

Try the following and see if it helps give you more windows.

Open Multiple Windows In IE

To keep more than one browser window open at a time, click File in the main
menu, select New, then Window. To close a browser window, click the X in the
top right-hand corner or select Close from the File menu. You can also open
a new browser window with Ctrl+N.

Hi,
From IE> Tools> Internet Options> Advanced> Browsing> uncheck "Reuse windows
for launching shortcuts."

And... you have a program running which is blocking pop-up windows-
something like Yahoo companion, Google toolbar, a firewall, Earthlink (or
another) pop-up blocker, etc.
With some programs of this type, using Ctrl+click or Shift+click will allow
a new window.
