This may be due to restriction on the file size you can receive. Your
internet provider can tell you how large a file you can receive. Try sending
e-mailing a small photo file to yourself and see if this works. If someone
send you a very large file, they may have to resize it before sending. Photo
files can be quite large. A typical photo from a 3 MP camera will produce a
file of around 1.2 MB and may be too large for you to receive.
