only from our server error "no such user"

There are a few mailaddresses that don't recieve mail from our exchange
server. The reply is "no such user". However from another mailbox (like
Hotmail) the exact mailaddress works whitout problems! I've been trying to
solve the problem by creating a contact in the exchange-server with the
mailaddress, but still we recieve the Undeliverable-error from the
postmaster. It isn't a domain-problem. F.i. (e-mail address removed) works proparly
where (e-mail address removed) doesn't.
I realy don't know anymore.

"No such user" errors are sent from the server of the destination domain,
indicating that, even though you believe the addresses are identical,
they're not. Are these addresses ones you type in explicitly or are they
ones in your Contacts folder?

The addresses are from a reply (so we receive mail from the address without
problems). I copied and pasted it to use in hotmail and there the mail is
recieved! There is no way it is about typing errors. Yhen I didn't have a
puzzle with it.
