Only Connects Remote Desktop One-Way

My issue is that I can connect from my laptop to my desktop, but I cannot
connect from my desktop back to my laptop. They're both Professional and they
both have Remote Desktop enabled and they both have NetBIOS enabled.
I'm simply trying to do this over my personal network, too.
I am very confused... please help!
 
Never mind.
Evidently Remote Desktop does not like hyphens in the other computer's name.
 
Try to install VNC on both the machines. It will solve your problem....
