Only can print in black and white

My old computer wouldn't print anything blue such as a
hyperlink, it would just leave that area blank. While
most every other color printed only in black and white.
I got a new computer thinking that there was a problem
with the old one, and of course the same problem
persists. I've checked every box that that asks whether
or not I want to print in color or B&W and I still have
the problem...any suggestions? Thanks.

Hi Nate,

You may need to locate an update driver from the
manufacturer to utilize the color features for your
printer. This should allow the colors to print correctly.
