Only Brother printers have separate Drum?

I want to get away from Brother Printers because the cost of the drum is
nearly the cost of the new printer. I had heard that only Brother printers
have separate drums. Is that true?

My old Panasonic does, as does my old NEC. Can't say about their
recent and current models.

Because of trouble with the drum for a Brother HL 1050 and its price,
two month ago I bought a Kyocera FS1010. They claim about 100,000 pages
with the drum for this model.
