Only Administrator can print but not User

I have recently bought a M5310 with an Epson Stylus CX3200
all-in-one printer. The printer is hooked up to the
laptop using the USB cable supplied and they are not
hooked up to any network. In my laptop, I have set up 2
administrator accounts and 3 user accounts. When I
created the pssword for the first adminstrator account,
the system asked whether I wanted to share my files and I
answered no. I used this administrator account to install
the printer using the installation CD supplied. After the
installation, only the two administrator accounts can
print but not the three user accounts even though they can
see the printer in the control panel.

I have also tried, again using the first administrator
account, to manually add another new printer using the
driver supplied with the operating system/laptop. But the
users accounts still cannot print. There is no error
message on the screen. I have tried using the test print
page option of the printer as well as using Notepad. When
I used Notepad, it even showed a little status box saying
1 page printed but nothing came out of the printer. It is
a brand new installation and nothing has been added except
for the addtional accounts, setting the ISP dialup
connection (but I have not actually gone onto the internet
yet) and setting up fax.

I have tried removing the fax but it did not help.

I have also tried restoring the entire system fromt the
recovery CD but it did not help.

Today I actually went to the system event log and checked
and discovered there was actually an error 'The document
Test Page owned by (user name) failed to print, Win32
error code returned by the print processor: 5(0X5)'

I cannot find any fixes in the Microsoft site. Please
help. Thanks.
