Only 3/4 of Browser Frame is Filled for some sites/pages.

It is just me....why do some pages on MS internet explorer
(On windows ME) only occupy the left three quarters of the
browser window frame??

Is this purposeful...or is there a setting on the browser
to correct this?

You didn't mention what screen size you are running, but if its larger than
800 x 600, it is probably the website design. If so, there is nothing you can
do (other than run IE in a window).
