There are 3 clients computer within the same subnet, however,
there is only 1 computer successfully connect to RRAS server at
the same time, when PC A connected, PC B & C will fail. How to
troubleshoot that problem? Thanks for any help.

Ian

Can you give us more info about what is the OS on the server? and
What is the error you get when trying to connect PC B and PC C?

Verify that all of the PPTP or L2TP ports on the VPN server are not already
being used by clicking Ports in Routing and Remote Access. If necessary,
change the number of PPTP or L2TP ports to allow more concurrent
connections.
The following link may help to add PPTP or L2TP ports
http://www.microsoft.com/resources/...terprise/proddocs/en-us/ras_add_vpn_ports.asp

Are these machines behind a SOHO router? Some will only allow one VPN
connection through, some only two . They don't give any useful error message
to let you know that there is a limit.

The remote PCs are behind a basic broadband router. Should I try using
other broadband router or any other things to try?

From the Ports list, there are numerous number of PPTP and L2TP
ports available that I think will never be exhausted in my environment.

RRAS Server running Win2003
Remote client using WinXP Home
Error prompts is Error 721: The remote computer did not response

Only single PC inside the same subnet can connect, PC A connected,
then others fail, then disconnect PC A, one of the others can then
connect .....

That sounds like the problem. Perhaps you could check the specs at the
router manufacturer's website.
