OnLoad Pop up Only Show Once?

Is there a feature in FP that enables a pop up to only pop up one time but
also have it pop up on the load of the page?

So the first time you open the page it will pop up and the second time and
after it will not.

Any Help would be greatly appreciated!

Bear in mind that for a significant number of users, the pop-up will be
blocked the first time, automatically. Most modern browsers (IE6 SP2,
IE7, Opera8+,Netscape 8, FireFox etc.) have built in pop-up blockers.

A significant number of users seem to hate pop-ups, hence the immense
popularity of pop-up blocking. If you *really* want me to exit your
site as fast as possible, just put a pop-up on it... or base it on
Flash... or include auto-play audio...
