As I see em!

Can anyone recommend an Online virus scanner.

One of my office computers has a trojan on it and I need to track down which
one it is.

If all you have is a RAT, then some virus scanners could miss it.
A quick check with Mischel's Netstat Viewer might catch something that's
actively connected at the time, for a more comprehensive packet sniffer
that logs activity, you might try Atelier Web Ports Traffic Analyser.

The latter can reveal quite a bit about what gets sent out, such as
login name and pwd for different accounts (mail, news, etc.)
