Online View (Word 2002)

When using Word 2002, jumping to parts of a document in
Online View/Document Map results in some double-images
(similar to double-vision) of text and images. Using the
Page Up and Page Down keys then gets rid of the double-
image. However, going back to these same places using the
same jumps causes this same viewing problem.

The temporary solution was to change the background color
in Online View from yellow to white. We would like to
restore the yellow background in the future. We don't
experience this anomaly in Word 97. Solutions welcome.

Hi William,

I'd say try upgrading your graphics card driver. Word 2002
works it a lot harder than Word97 did...
