Tell me how shoould i use that onlie support if i don't have win xp
installed and i just bought it and i need help about installing and can't
see product ID??

Didn't they thought of that?? Now i don't see a way how to contact them
about my problem, and i cant figure out the solution or anybody on a
newsgroups??

They should think with brains and not with their wallets sometimes

Is there not any phone numbers printed on the paper material provided
with the Microsoft product you purchased? Have you looked for contact
numbers at your country's Microsoft web site,
