Online Registration Form

Hi Sorry to trouble, I have built websites using frontpage but I am doing a
project next like a online store. The thing is how do I set up a online
registration form and then the person can log in and log out of my site with
no problems and the site must reconise the users name and password. I have
tried my best to find out but I cant do it.
