Online online please help

Hey for maybe a month now when ever i sign into
messenger, the icons show everyone online even when they
are not it still says they are offline but the icon show
them as online how do i fix this

Have you updated your video drivers recently (from WindowsUpdate)? If so, what you're seeing
is a bug within those drivers, to correct this, you can either "roll back" the drivers you
installed or install an old version of the drivers from here:
http://www.nvidia.com/object/pc_winxp-2k_45.33.html

To "roll back" the drivers, click Start, then Run, type "devmgmt.msc", click OK, then
right-click your video card, choose Properties, then Driver tab, and choose Roll Back Driver
to go back to the previous version.
