Ongoin Help & Support Problem

I'm still having problems with this Help and Support not
opening. I've tried Start>>Run>> and
typing "C:\WINDOWS\PCHEALTH\HELPCTR\Binaries\hscupd.exe",
hitting enter, but it doesn't resolve the problem. When I
look in the the PCHEALTH folder there is an entry in the
logs folder "HCUPDATE" "Failed to copy
C:\WINDOWS\PCHEALTH\HELPCTR\Binaries\HSCXPSP1.CAB into
package store".Why and what files should be in
the "BINARIES" folder??

The actual entries in the log file are:

Thanks for tip I've tried it but it asks to insert the XP
Pro disc. I do this but it doesn't seem to able to find
the file its searching for on the disc. Now I'm not sure
which disc to use ...the original or ...the one with SP1.
There are no indications which file its looking for
either.

Scans all protected system files immediately.
/SCANONCE
Scans all protected system files at the next boot.
/SCANBOOT
Scans all protected system files at every boot.
/REVERT
Windows XP: Return to default settings.
