I have purchased a subscription to OneCare -- but now I find that my
64-system running Vista is not supported.
I have not been able to access OneCare support to find out when my 64-bit OS
will be supported, or to cancel my subscription because (catch 22) I am not
subscribed to OneCare.
I'd like to avoid being charged for this service which I cannot use.
Any suggestions about how I can extricate myself from this irritating
situation?
PS -- to any Microsoft OneCare support staff readers -- can you make it
clear that OneCare is not supported, before accepting a credit card payment?
