Help! Am receiving Urgent message that OneCare is unable to update my
Antivirus for several days. When clicking 'Update Now' I get message that
OneCare is unable to update. I am unable to get info on how to update the
OneCare Beta Antivirus. Have tried for 3 days to get info from OneCare. All
Chat attempts have failed. I get a blank window followed by Email from a
tech that is waiting to hear from me. After checking into
support.microsoft.com being able to view the chat window I receive message
that chat is not available at this time. This has been since yesterday
afternoon and today. I will appreciate any help I can get to put the OneCare
b ack in the Green.
