One Way To Use A Billion Euros

To me the formation of the Euro Zone is/was an attempt at the re-making of the Roman Empire in Europe... and it`s failed. Unlike the original Roman Empire the people of that empire looked up to their Emperors,unlike the leaders of the Euro Zone where the masses scorn their leaders and have no faith in them,mainly because of the way they set about creating their "empire"
