I was trying to archive the .pst files from an old computer to my current
laptop by copying them over and storing them on to the windows 'desktop'.
No problems for a couple of weeks until today when all my Outlook Notes
disappeared. When I checked the file list I noticed that Outlook somehow
recognized the .pst files on the desktop and I now have two personal folder
lists which seem to have much of the same content with a few differences.
How do I get rid of one set without losing anything? I tried to delete the
old outlook.pst that I transferred onto my desktop but that file contains
the missing notes files that are now missing from my original outlook.pst
files!?
