Hi
I recently started a new job in which I work at the office twice a week and home the rest of the time. At home I use my own PC and at the office my work PC. At both locations I'm running Outlook 2002 connecting to the same POP3 internet mail server. When I leave the office one day to work at home the next I want all my information (inbox, calendar, contacts, tasks, etc.) the next day on my home PC to be in the state I left it the previous evening at work and vice versa. Twice now I've copied the pst file and installed it on the PC in the other location. This works, however, on startup Outlook delivers new as well as all old mail I've ever received to my inbox. Not too much of a problem now, I just delete all the old mail. Obviously as time goes on this will become unmanageable
Please provide me with best practice for using my one account on two machines in different locations
Thanks.
