Sure, buy a RAID controller card. Examples:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...0&Order=BESTMATCH&Description=raid+controller

But you should know that using RAID 0 isn't a great idea; your speed will
not increase noticeably and you will then have doubled your chances of
losing everything because when one hard drive dies, everything on both
drives will be gone.

thanks but i am in the England so it will be difficult to get hold of the
product from the website above

if i get that will it look as if i have one big hard drive

Any of the online retailers sell such cards;
Dabs, Misco, Eclipse, PC World the list is endless
Or your friendly PC shop
(It might be prudent to know which sata version your drive supports)

if what you mean is what i think you mean (<--hope it made scene) i think it
is SATA II

The link was just to give you examples. RAID controller cards are available
elsewhere.

Yes, it will look like you have "one big hard drive".

I suggest you do some learning about RAID before you plunge in.

You might even want to post in a hardware forum to discuss with others what
your end goal is. Tomshardware.com has good user forums.

Yep thats what I meant.
BTW Raid 0 may or may not give enhanced performance
A decent hardware raid card is going to cost you + £200 last one I purchased
cost £350
A software raid card, about £25
